I can't get my password to work, what should I do?

Here are a couple of things you can try.

Make sure your Caps Lock button is off. Retype your password and try again.
If you have logged in before you would have been asked to change your password. If you have forgotten your new password simply click on the "Forget my Password?" link on the student login page and your account info will be emailed to the email address you used when you first signed on.

Log in first. On your home screen there is a link called "My Certificates". Click this and you will see a "Print Certificate" link for the course you have completed that lets you download and print your certificate (Adobe Reader required).
